Legit AI Solutions provides AI-powered review request automation to help local businesses collect more Google reviews and build trust with potential customers. Our service sends automated review requests via SMS and/or email to a business's existing customers on their behalf.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and bank transfers as agreed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments shall be in US dollars. We may change prices at any time. All sales are final. There are no free trials, money-back guarantees, or refunds. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
NO REFUND POLICY: All payments made to Legit AI Solutions LLC for any service package are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name or the name of any third party.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming applicable to agreements made and performed within the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration: Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between you and Legit AI Solutions LLC shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration, NOT by court proceedings.
The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures, or if unavailable, by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration Details: • One arbitrator (not a panel) • Location: Sheridan County, Wyoming • Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards them to the prevailing party • The arbitration award is final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR COURT PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, NOT A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
12. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
13. Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR $500.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party.
15. User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data.

Opting Out
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with "STOP." You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out.
Message and Data Rates
Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan.

17. Scope of Services
Review Request Communications: Legit AI Solutions LLC will, on the Client's behalf, send out review request communications to the Client's customers. These communications may be in the form of SMS/text messages, emails, or other electronic messages, and will typically invite customers to leave a Google review about their experience with the Client's business.
Integrations for Automation: As part of the Services, Legit AI Solutions may integrate with third-party platforms including the Client's Google Business Profile, social media accounts, or CRM systems. The Client authorizes us to connect to and use such integrated systems solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Scope Limitations: The Services are intended solely for the purpose of requesting customer reviews and related follow-up automation. Legit AI Solutions does not guarantee that reviews will be positive or that negative reviews will be removed.
18. Client Responsibilities
Obtain and Maintain Consent: You must have explicit permission from each customer before Legit AI Solutions sends them any SMS or email. You will have obtained all necessary and legally required consents to contact each individual via the intended communication method prior to providing their contact information to us.
Compliance with Data Privacy Laws: You are responsible for adhering to all applicable data protection and privacy laws in relation to customer data and communications, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR (if applicable), and CCPA.
Accurate Data and Lawful Use: You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the customer contact information you provide to Legit AI Solutions. You must not use the Services to send messages to any person who has not consented or who is on any do-not-contact list.
19. Messaging Content & Automation
Authorization to Send on Client's Behalf: By using the Services, the Client authorizes Legit AI Solutions LLC to send SMS messages, emails, and other electronic communications to End Customers on the Client's behalf. These messages will reference the Client's business name and include a link or instructions for leaving a review.
Content Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the content of all review request messages sent through the Service. Legit AI Solutions is not liable for any issues arising from the messages, including any claims that messages were unsolicited, harassing, or otherwise in violation of a recipient's rights or any law.
Opt-Out Handling: The platform will make reasonable efforts to honor standard opt-out requests. For example, if an End Customer replies "STOP" to an SMS, the system will flag that number to prevent further texts. Ultimate compliance with opt-out requests is the Client's responsibility.
20. Data Use & Storage
Legit AI Solutions LLC securely stores Client account data and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or maintain legitimate business interests. Clients may submit a written request to permanently delete all personal and account data from our systems at [email protected].
21. Service Limitations & No Guarantees
No Guarantee of Reviews or Outcomes: Legit AI Solutions LLC does not and cannot guarantee any specific results from the Services. We make no promise regarding the number of reviews that will be obtained, the content or ratings of those reviews, or any improvement in your online reputation or business performance.
No Free Trial / No Money-Back Guarantee / No Refunds: The Services are offered with no free trial period, no money-back guarantee, and no refund policy. All payments are final. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
"As-Is" Service and Disclaimer of Warranties: Legit AI Solutions provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
22. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. If any provision of these Legal Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The relationship between Legit AI Solutions and the Client is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship.
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
